****ing ridiculous

I keep my game on windowed and I accidently pressed the close X at the top, and now it won't let me back in. It just says client running unable to proceed with the update. I can't even run it. This is ****ed up to the max.b:angry

    Click the option that says "force log in" when logging, that will fix the problem.

    If you click the X on the window it dose not close the program, just moves it down to your tray bar. (lower right next to you time icon)

    Just look for a box icon in your tray and it to open it back up.

    I had the same thing happen to my at 1st.

    I believe closing the window, doesn't close the game, it minimizes it to the taskbar. Same thing in full mode if you press Alt+F4. Double click the icon in your taskbar and it should restore the game back up.

    Edit: And when I say taskbar I mean the taskbar tray. Oh and after you've brought it back, go wash your mouth out with soap b:chuckle.

    You could also go into your task manager and stop it from there.

    I'm not stupid. Its not in my task bar. It closed out COMPLETELY, and I double checked my active window/link list to double check. It still isn't letting me on after two hours!

    lol

    check the icons on the lower right of ur screen
    u will have a pwi icon there, click it and ur back in game.

    also if that doesnt work just ctrl alt del
    and go to applications and try to locate it there

    1zyf1ie.png <- Shows what the client looks like when it goes to tray after you press the "x" (yes, that does happen)

    If you want to close it down in the processes menu (bring this up using ctrl alt del) it runs as "elementclient.exe". If the program was forced to close, crashes etc, the process will often still be running and prevents you from opening a new client. End it and try again - should work.
