heloo guys my first thread on this forum .
first of all i wanna salute u all :)

here comes my question : ARE ARCHERS WEAK ?
I got an male archer on Sanctuary he is lv 19 90 exp atm :) and i go to kill mobs lv 20 but they are so powerfoul they die very slow(if i crit them they will die faster for sure) ... and after i fight with 1 mob i got 200/500 hp (that is just an example .. to let u guys know :) ) i use pure dex build ( every lvl i make 1str/4dex )

My stats are : vit 7 str 22 mag 5 dex 79 :)

maybe can some1 help me b:cry i really like the archer class :) si the best in my opinion :)

    Meek with words, abrupt with arrows.

    TBH, yes! jk..

    Archers are... strong against Barb...

    There's a rumor an 8x archer can 1v1 a 9x barb.

    it gets better when ur 50+ cause ur crit rates are higher, thus faster killing. we depend on crit to kill, without crit, we are weaker than wizards. and yes, we are squishy..shards ur armour with HP shards.

    but they can kill stuff good.

    yes, we kill stuff faster than most class at higher levels..in 1 on 1 grinding, not AOE i mean b:chuckle in TTs, archers are really important for our sharpened tooth arrow and our DPS is the highest of all other classes, which is because of our crits b:dirty

    with the trial crossbow you get from finishing fb19, the picture will start to change.

    however, be prepared that from 28-32, you'll hit a rough patch. after that, there will still be a few rough patches along the way. But, if you live through all that (which is not really hard), at about 50, you'll really start to see the power of archer, and that will keep get better as you level.

    a note: if it all gets too rough, get a charm. it WILL save you

    yo you just got to play your class the right way. and at lower lvls archers are weak but at higher lvls the destroy. i'm only lvl 71 archer but i can take on 8x ppl and occasionally win b:laugh so just keep lvling up and lets see where it takes you

    archer is weak at low lvls but gets stronger every level.
    at 70+ after nixes archers are the fastest killers in PvE.

    I would say they are decent until they get a high critical rate :)
