what are combo skills about?

I noticed in skill page (press R)... there are combo skills. What does combo skills do, and how to use them??

    Combo skills are jsut a fast way to use skills without clicking alot of stuff, or pressing alot of buttons.
    Just click the word "New" underneath the combo skill boxes. Then you pick the icon you want, and drag skills into it. You have to save it though. Very handy for lazy people.b:pleased

    What I don't get is why my combo is so fickle. I just set up a spam magic attack (repeating the same spell) for my veno, and half the time it only fires once.

    That would be because the cool down timers on them. You need to alternate 2 spells so the cool down timer is done. This will allow the combo to continue.

    If you are spamming then ideally you want to spam 2 different spells instead of just the one, or alternate between normal attack and the spell.

    The best use for combo's is to save time whilst grinding, if you use a set pattern of 6-8 skills to kill a mob then it saves so much concentration!

    Example: My 25 archer uses
    Frost Arrow > Normal attack > Normal attack > Knockback > Normal attack
    that combo is short but it finishes off pretty much every mob and I only have to click one button =]
