is this the game crashing or what?

when i log on and pick my chrecter my game will freeze for a while and then the window just closes and nothing els happens it dont give me no explanation for this or anything could someone please help me fix this problem,

    The same thing has been happening to me; and when I am able to log on, something in chinese pops up and I disconnect =/.

    I'm going to need some more information from you. Go to Start, click on Run (or Search if using Vista), and type in dxdiag and press enter.

    Click on the Display tab, and then post here everything in the Device and Drivers boxes:
