i want to use use claws but wondered are they any good???
also wat is the best wep for AoEing??????????

    Axes but you can use as many weapons as you want as skills are based on weapons.

    Myself I use fists, sword and a bit of axes.

    i dont know about the fists, but axes are best for AoE

    all BM's have general skills that can be used by all weapons, then each weapon has its specific skills.

    Axes are Radial AOE, making them the better choice for AOE grinding.

    Fists are a fine choice. you still get some AOE's with them. You can use drakes sweep, fan of flames, cyclone heel and drakes breath bash. All of them are a for of AOE.

    Just not as effective for the AOE grinding as Axes are. Fist shine in single target DPS and Chi building. The point is, with a blademaster, not to be affraid to use multiple paths and carry multiple weapons. As long as the skill serves a purpose to you, I would not be afraid to carry a weapon to use that skill.

    The previous explanation was great.

    I will just add that every weapon has its own set of skills. You for sure need to pick a main weapon path and add others at upper levels (early 50's maybe?).

    Most BM's pick axes for the radial AOE.

    Good skills from sword, fists and axes (I dont use poleblade but they are great too):

    Based IMO:

    Fists: cyclone heel (the best AOE aside from the ultimates), shadowless kick (Magic canceling)

    Sword: atmos strike (the best damaging skill aside from all ultimates for single opponent) and myriad of sword stance (the best skill in entire BM tree)

    Axes: all skills from axes are good, there is no waste in any of them.
    If you go Hybrid, fists will most likely out dps any weapon in normal attack. Therefore, this would be your weapon for normal attack.


    Good to max if you make strategies:

    Fists: Vacous Palm (slowsdown opponent)

    Yeah, but fists take ALOT of luck. if your opponent moves an inch, you have to move with him to hit. if you use fist, the only thing i could think to be good is if you used an axe to stun. you need the person to be within like 1 meter or something really crazy

    If you really want to have serious fun, go to Harshlands :D. but for PvE server, axe is pretty much the only build anyone uses because of the AoE. There is no need for PvP prowess in a PvE server (except for TW, where Axe is also good)

    If you go fist, you are automatically saying "RAWR IM DIFFERENT AND NOONE WILL WANT ME IN THEIR PARTY" because fist BMs are frowned upon.
