Another PayPal issue.

Well, here it is.

I wanted to charge XX ZEN. I ticked it in the PayPal chart, pressed submit, made a billing profile, and pressed Order Now.

After I got my signing up done, I pressed Pay Now.
I got a letter to my mail saying that I payed those XX dollars to PW.

Now, the thing is this.
I'm using a chargeable Visa card, which doesn't HAVE a bank account behind it.
So, I called and checked that those XX dollars were taken from my credit card.
The thing is, my order had been 'Reviewing' for 2 hours, and the action is not even on my PayPal account[MONEY STILL GONE, CRYING OUT LOUD].

Now, I suddenly saw I need to confirm my card, AFTER I already send the money and got the email that I had sent it? ???
I also saw an old card of mine inside that mail, I guess I registered on one of my 'existing' accounts.

So, I charged the ZEN only because I wanted the event items, kinda screwed me over.

So, to sum it up, I lost my XX dollars, the action is not on my PayPal's account's actions, I DID get the mail though, and my order is been 'Reviewing' for 2 hours.

IF ANYONE CAN GIVE ME ANTHING TO HOLD ONTO, THAT'D BE VERY NICE.

I think I am asking for a refund here, unless there's a way to get my ZEN.
Weird **** is that even if I WILL get a refund, where will it go?

    Please check you email. I have sent you the verification form to approve your suspended purchase. Just reply to that email as instructed (make sure it's the right email address) and I will make sure you get taken care of.

    Sorry for double posting, I'm in a huge rush for the event, do you mind doing this again with 60$? This is the only way I can get the ZEN NOW, fast and clear.

    Once you get your account verified for the payment source you are using, you will not have to verify again for that source. So if you have verified this payment, a new payment made from the same funding source should not require another email.

    Just got another 50$, was trying to get 10$ more and got rejected?
    What does that mean exactly?

    The spending limit for all accounts is $100 per 24 hour period. This is why your other payment was rejected and will be refunded. You will have to wait 24 hours before you can make a new PayPal purchase.

    is it possible to use one pwi account to charge 100$(paypal) and then use a different pwi account to charge another 100$(also paypal) using the same credit card?

    Due to security issues PWE would prefer for you to contact Customer Support for a spending limit increase.
