blue names/white names

hi guys, im on the Harshlands PvP server and i have a question about blue/white names

i know ur name turns white at 30 ... but i saw this guy riding a panther (have to be lvl 40 right?) and he had a blue name

so im wondering if u can keep ur name blue after 30? cuz i was thinking thats for only the PvE servers ... unless the lvl to ride a panther is really not 40?

anyways how do u make ur name stay blue (even on the PvE servers)?

    Sighs...

    PvP Server = no choice but to go white.

    That player's name was blue because he or she was in town.

    actually he was not in town ... it was outside fighting the werewolf spearmen ...

    im also just wondering how to keep ur name blue in PVE server ty very much.

    Umm... dunno, I'm on a PvP Server, but I'm guessing that if you don't do anything (Like put yourself on PK mode, you will stay blue).

    Anyhow, fine, that player's name was blue because he or she set their mode on Non-PvP (default on PvE Server).

    He's on Harshlands, which is PvP server.
    NoQuarter: Friendly, helpful, and Mature. Recruiting players any level on Dreamweaver.

    Actually, you are forgetting one thing.

    The panther's req level can be brought down to level 20 with another $10 cash shop item. I myself, did it.

    aha yes ... i am aware of that,

    @delevante - does this cah shop make the panter to lvl 11 (which makes it go 9.0 then) from lvl 1 and lvl 20 requirement also? or at lvl 11 (when it already goes 9.0) does it make it go 10.0 then?
