im a newb
now i went to the blacksmith to decompose my weapon
and it said insufficient durability
what is this and what to do about it
also....
you refine white items? with stars which u purchase at a blacksmith?
or can you also refine items you find as drops which are unidentied and than identify to refine?
refining purpose = making the basic stats better or adding bonusses?

You can't decompose some stuffz because it's too low Leveled. Level 1 Equips can't be decomposed...
Or you need to fix the durability (For 3 Star + Teal + Orange + Gold + nice colored items)Position: Professional Forum Troll
Position Details: Be able to incite people to flames and perform miracles such as telling people what's right and what's wrong. Be able to dish out flames to other people so fire extinguishers are needed to put out the flames. Most of all, giving others a piece of reality.

1) You must have the proper Lvl of the perticular crafting skill to decomp a item the required Lvl will be listed in the pop up window when you place the item in the decomp pop up window.
2) Repairing the equipment will fix the Insufficient Duribility issue
2a) It may still say "Insufficient Duribility" just above the decomp button
2b) It will still decomp as long as you are at the proper NPC even with the duribiliy low but you will not get as many chi stones for the decomp
2ba) Now this only applies to normal items any Item that must be decomped for a matteral to create a new wep or armor such as TT weps must be fully repaired prior to decomp
3) Make sure you are decomposing
3a) Armor at the Taylor
3b) Weps at the Blacksmith
3c) Jewelry at the Craftsman.0 -
In order to repair your equipment, you need to be wearing it, then click "repair".0

Is this repair done like we generally do our regular weps or do we need to use the shattered gear section when we are repairing a TT60 Wep that needs to be decomposed to acquire a new TT70 Wep?0 -

Done like a normal repair.Zhoelle - Sanctuary wrote:In order to repair your equipment, you need to be wearing it, then click "repair".
You're thinking of "repair all"; "repair" brings up a hammer cursor that lets you repair individual items, whether you're wearing them or not.[SIGPIC][/SIGPIC]

You can use the regular repair button when you are repairing TT items to decompose them. Be forewarned they will take a hefty chunk of coin to repair as well as decompose.0 -
How do I increase the durablity....do you have to wait till it shatters to make it full durablity. Because it pops up on the side saying that I need to take care of my equipment.0
-
if it says 'cannot be refined or decomposed'... does that mean i cannot repair it?0

Go to a tailor or blacksmith or whatever. Open up "Goods". On the bottom right there will be a "repair" button. Click that. Drag your mouse over to the damaged weapon or armor or accessory. Left click. Click "Ok". And boom: Your weapon/armor/accessory is fixed.
This should fix your "take care of your equipment" problem.[SIGPIC][/SIGPIC]
