I'm new to gaming. Just got a charm, which fit in the equipped section of my inventory. How is this going to work?

Also, picked up a Big-headed Kid Pill. What is it? How do I use it?

Big head pill: double click or right click (i think both work) and it makes your head look funky for a bit. No gameplay change, purely for fun.

Charm: spirit and guardian charms (left side, top of equip screen) are items that will automatically refil your mana or health once you drop below a certian percent. They will continue to do this until they run out of power, which is tracked by the bar under your picture. They have a 10s cooldown, so you *can* still be killed even with more charge left.

The attack charms, once equipped, use one charm every time you attack, and they do whatever they say they do (+atk, w/e)

You buy one, but they're expensive. A few charms come with the supply box, also. Charms can be bought from the cash shop or players.
