Logins NEVER work

It's such a shame that some people have put so much effort into a game like this and for people to not be able to get in. I've downloaded and installed two of their games and the logins for both NEVER work. I can get into my account on the perfect world site, can change passwords, etc. but every single time I've tried to log in to play the games, it ALWAYS tells me I have the wrong password. Such a shame....... I'll be sure to never buy anything cause this company can't be counted on.
