Game suddenly stops working

I was in the west district of arch on the lost city server and then the game froze, I waited a while (in case it was the lag, stupid west district...) and nothing changed so I closed the game through task manager, I try to restart the game and just when the screen turns black to load the game I get a error message in some weird mumbo-jumbo space alien language that pops up then closes for less than a second then it returns me to my desktop. I've tried restarting multiple times but the results are the same, someone please help me. (And I just spent a $20 on a pre-paid card today too... >_>)

    Also any tips on how to fix this without re-installing would be great, it took me 7 hours to download, install, and patch the game >.<

    I verified the files when I installed the game, don't know how to do it after the game's installed.

    ok weirdest thing happened, my computer bluescreened then restarted and now it works again lol...

    Click the button that says "Verify" on the launcher. It will check all of the game files and redownload any that aren't working right.
