    You didn't get ignored silly, I just don't have any clue about vista related issues, so you'll have to wait for one of the real Tech Support admins.

    I didn't want to reply just to tell you to check the FAQ, but if you haven't already I highly suggest it.

    hehe, sorry eatwithspoons, i got it to work, but i'm assuming something was fixed on the server side, because i dont know why its working. Thanks for the help, also, and i appologize if i got snippy, this really frustrated me cuz i've tried to fix this problem for hours on end lol.

    anyways, if i'm wrong and this wasnt fixed server side, and it was something i did. then i recomend anyone else having this problem to goto this link and click download

    that was the only thing i've done sense the last time i tried to play. its just the chinese language pack for office tools. (my language pack instalation wasnt so easy, its not working properly so i did it this way lol)

    Hey am having the same problem exactly. I dont know how to download the East language service pack for windows vista home edition. And I dont know were my cd is. I tried dowloading the xp service pack, but it didnt work..which i expected. SO PLEASE, PLEASE HELP.

    hello :) i finally found the download. The vista edition of the download is named differently as Web Designer Language Pack. I downloaded it and now it works. b:pleased. thks. Hopefully my other problem can be solved. Am one step closer to playing the game on my vista. b:laugh
