    they are quest rewards

    push B, you may have several by now
    mmorpg is R'lyehian for: Innumerable quantities of grown babies
    discussing & often complaining about the imaginary.

    At your level mainly Quests. You could also buy them from other players.

    Later, you can get them from mobs in the Wrath attacks and Mirage stones in HH runs.

    You can also get them from the Celestone boxes in the Boutique.

    I have 35 fragments. I thought you only needed 25 to exchange for a Mirage Celestone, but I don't get an option.

    You go to the Gem merchant and you will see the option :)
