coupon question

I tried to make an order with a coupon, and the order failed and was cancelled, how can I reuse th coupon or replace it?

    That's what happened to me too! I want to be able to use it with the Memorial Day sale, but it's almost over. Hopefully someone that has an answer can tell us a way. I'm frustrated that I lost a chance at free $10 as of now.

    I've had this as well today. Sorted the cancelled payment and blocked payemnt account with your Billing Dept but they told me to log another ticket about the coupon.

    I'm really close to giving up with cs and haven't even started yet!

    I HAVE A FRIEND WHO IS NOT GOING TO EVER USE HIS COUPON AND IS GOING TO EXPIRE SOON (JUNE 5TH). I AM PLANNING TO JUST USE IT TO ADD TO MY ZHEN SO THAT I CAN BUY HIM BOUTIQUE SHOP STUFF LIKE FLYING BLADE OF DAEVAS.

    i have no isue at all w promotions and stuff and actually i think is great .. but using the quest log for that is just anoying and ....... comon ..are u trying to get people to buy the quest log stone so u get more profit.. i think is really something u should try it other way ... keep trying guys , 1 every 50 things u do actually turn good so im waiting to pass the other 49 now
