Pure Dex

Depends.
I am going to give you two builds. One recommended and the other is a questionable build.

Heavy Armor/Fist build:
5str/4dex/1vit
Will give you enough STR and DEX to wear heavy armor and the latest fists.

Light Armor build
4str/5dex/1vit
This build is gonna make survivability a bit lower. with only improving your Dex slightly.

I used to be lv 44 BM with no idea how to build, so now i'm starting all over again with a Heavy Armor fist built. So far everytime i level up I distribute 3 STR and 2 DEX. I'm currently lvl 14.

*NOW, my question is on what level sould I start adding VIT points.*

I read about armor and putting HP shards on it but at such low level, it's still not worth it. maybe when i reach lvl 40 then i start to build armor. Lastly, about genie: I have a zeal pixxie and i've been putting SPR to level it up and one level with pure EXP (ouch!). Also, i only put STR points on it.

Well, for Heavy armor, you need 2.5str per level. Adding that extra 0.5 to str every level is not going to give you much. If you can get on an every other level point distribution, you should go with a 5str/4/dex/1vit or a 5str/5dex build.

As far as how much Vit to add, that is personal preference. That and whether you are PvP or Pve server. On a PvP server your prolly gonna want more HP, due to the attacks Wizzies and Archers are gonna drop on you. On a PvE you can get away with less HP, and just manage your sutra and pots.

And as far as adding shards to your gear, I would not add any, at least until your rank gear at level 30. Even then, its a little early. Last time around, I didnt start sharding my gear till the 50's, but I had my Vit capped at 55.

Just play, if you feel your HP is a little low, add some more to your Vit. Being that you have been adding 3str per level, you have more than you need in str and you could back off it a little to get yourself a little VIT.

At level 15, your str should be 40. with a 3per level build, you prolly have about 47. Meaning, you can skip the STR points and put them in VIT if you wanted.

As far as capping, its your call. Lots of people say to cap at 50. I, personally with this build will never cap, I put 1vit every other level, at some point I may even switch to 2 points every other level...not decided that part yet.

As far as Genie attributes, Personally, I like Dex, its gonna lengthen your spells, and I think for a Bm, who is gonna use buffs and amps, that is the way to go. But, that is just me.
