Please help!

Alright, I emailed C.S about this so just incase they can't help me or something, hopefully I can get some info from here. Alright, I want to go into the Server "Lost City" because my friend goes there. But everytime I try to log in, it says connection error! Not only that, there are no status what so ever. What I mean is, were it should say "normal" or "busy" it says this -- two dashes? Also, there are only 2 servers open to me as well, all the rest have -- that. So I am hoping if someone knows how to fix this proublem, because I reallly want to start in the lost city. I have mad another chara << another another server but...I would really like to start somewere I would know someone

I am VERY new to this, just singed up and confirmed everything. I would like to get this proublem solved tonight so I can get started, thanks for your time and reading!

    Try checking the box next to "Force Log" when you're signing in. It may work, and it may not.

    Do you connect through a proxy?

    Also, im not sure if you made it in a form of a question "where is says busy or normal"

    TO get to that screen you press "switch" on the log in screen....

    Okay, if it says nothing I might suspect that its a server-side issue.
    Maybe the server is blocking your IP from accessing that server, not sure how that would be, but you never know..... That or something wring with a firewall blocking all outbound and incoming connections to the IP. Where abouts are you - the US or canada? If so, then I doubt the server would block IP for JUST those servers.
