Fox Form?

Okay, so I've read everything everywhere, but it's still not working.

I'm a level 13 Venomancer.
I have the Fox Form skill.
I've done the level 9 Spiritual Cultivation quest.

But when I click on my Fox Form skill my character does not change, but takes away 30 points from my mp.

Can someone please help me and tell me what I'm doing wrong?

    ITs a glitch. You have to have a MAGIC weapon equipped, if you have no weapon equipped (bare handed) it will take off the MP but it wont work, Ill try to find an original thread for you.
