Problem with ticketing!!!

I've been trying for the past couple of days, on various computers, to submit a ticket for an account issue.

Problem is, the ticketing system is not working.

Every time I load the page, the verification number is the same. On various operating systems, web browsers, computers, and even different IP's.

Whenever I go to hit the submit button, I'm re-directed to the top of the page, without the information going through. (http://support.perfectworld.com/ticketing#) The form also blocks me from entering any information about the server or character data.

I'm wondering if one of the mods could at least give me the email address that the tickets are submitted to, so I can try and get around the non-functioning form.
