unable to proceed update

my patcher is saying its unable to update and i have do the manual and it still wont let me play can any one help ?b:sad

    I have patched up everything manualy because it wouldn't patch on its own and now it still says it cant patch and it wont let me play it has done this since the servers can back up and i have no clue what to do ??? can some one please help me b:cry

    For most user's, forwarding port 29000 solves this issue.
