I can't connect to any servers at all....

I have a Belkin N wireless router and I have tried everything thing.....open the ports for PWI and still no luck

I have tried hooking up straight to the modem itself and still nothing...I updated manually because I couldn't connect to the update servers either...

Could anyone shed some light on the situation? I have verizon DSl if that makes any difference

    Meh I've done all that already, all firewalls are disabled and have port 29000 both open on the router and my modem.

    I have no idea on were to go from here i've tried everything...:(

    Hello,

    First, try using the 'Verify' button on the game's launcher and see if you're able to connect.

    If you're still getting error messages saying that you can't connect to the patch server, you may want to do a traceroute to our servers.

    To do this:

    1. To do this, go to this website: http://ping.eu/
    2. Select "Traceroute" and type in one of the IPs for whichever server you're trying to connect to. You can find the IPs in the networking guide
    3. After that is finished, please take a screenshot of the results.

    Then, submit a technical support ticket at: http://support.perfectworld.com/ticketing

    In your ticket, please attach the screenshots and describe the issue you're having along with the solutions you've already tried.
