fb19 is there a maximum level for going in

hello. My first toon hit lvl19 and got the call of duty quest, but I sort of forgot about it and am now lvl23 or so. Is there a maximum level a toon has to be to be able to go into a dungeon? If so what is the max level for this one?

also, if my nub question is totally not making sense, please let me know...b:nosebleed

    you will keep your tab for all eternaty >:x
    and the dungeons dont have a lvl cap so you are free to walk in and out from lvl1(not adviced) to lvl105(recommended)
