    While I met my husband online through a text-based RPG 8 years ago, I really don't recommend looking for uh, Love in an MMO where anyone can be any gender at all, regardless of what they are IRL. Not really a good environment for honesty here.

    And... as a woman, your post is just plain creepy to me. Might explain the lack of willing suitors you've been having. *skeeved*

    I think akri is a pretty cool guy. eh kills wraiths and doesn't afraid of anything.

    Personally, I recommend just socializing with girls that you know are girls (or whatever gender you're after), and get to know them over time. If you make the right connection on interests and personalities, then you can see if knowing them romantically makes sense. From my experience, diving headfirst looking for the romance first doesn't work out as well. Start with no expectations and you might get blindsided by what you were hoping for. Happened to me. (Happily married, from a relationship that started 8 years ago online <3)

    Lareish is right, don't go looking for it. It will find you. You're just opening the door to being used and manipulated... unless you like that kind of stuff. o.o;;

    u will fail if u LOOK for someone on a game just let it happen.

    I met my in game wife by working with her in an FB 39 and seeing how bad she was i decided to train her and i must say she is a pretty good barb now. But the more time i spent with her the more i fell for her now im just counting the days till i can see her in RL b:dirty
