He is the only one up there in the levels.. Now go make a barb or a bm and get it to 90 and watch you also get one ( of course if you prove to Icon that you deserve one)

I think you've missed the point. Say if Icon gives out 400K extra for the helpful members and there are 20 of them. The fact that there will still be (a fair amount) free money going through his hand. My current faction's more clear-cut in terms of TW pay.

But yes I see where you are coming from.
I really don't know how the payment works though.... me as 7x used to get 800k.. But I guess as people knew what Emo was doing they just decided to keep the pay low on him.

Wrong. People who donate over the course of the week are noted down. This isn't my responsibility so I don't know exactly how they go about it, but even those who participate doing the World Bosses after TW are also made note of and are marked for extra pay.

haha EmoWDF told me he got paid 500k...he is an 87 bm like myself. and with 11 lands he get 500k salary....thats what i got paid..in QQme with 3 lands ....where is all this money going to? hmm maybe headtrauma's incomparable acc shard? or icons full perfect sharded hh90? or maybe it is being distributed evenly....who knows....

I paid for the refinement on my own, and I gave back 2 perfect shards (which was my reward for first 90 BM) when Icon informed me that he would be socketing my new weapon. Judge all you want, but until you have facts it's much wiser to refrain from baseless accusations and inferences of corruption. Howso? I'm the only one that can even equip GX? By the time our next BMs are 90 we will be farming more for them...not to mention that I am going to give my old HH90 axes to the next person who can use them that hits 90...

You get GX, you get G9 Shards, you get your old axes for being the first to get 90.
You sure as hell didn't do enough alone to get all of these.
People are are 7x-8x get nothing. They sure as hell help you though.
You only reward end game achievments, and you pretend it's okay.
People mid game help end game people get items, but they have to wait to get their rewards...which they might at one point, but currently they will not.

I said I wouldn't respond, but I will one last time.
I guess you never looked at my gear before I hit 90...everything I had other than my weapons was vendor bought. I used HH70 axes until I was level 85. There are a lot of 8x people who have helped me out, and if you want to be hostile toward me because I, on my own, am incapable of making sure that they are all completely compensated for all the help they have given me, there's nothing I can do about that. That's your problem, not mine.
If you have an issue with our guilds reward system or the incentives we give people to level, why not just be happy that you're in a guild with a system you agree with? You have no valid reason to criticize our way of doing things. If people in our guild dislike it, they are always welcome to make suggestions, and if they are persistently unhappy they are more than welcome to leave. Get it?
I realize people will hate me as soon as they inspect me and see my gear, and I will do my best to not let it bother me. But I really don't understand why so many people feel the urge to talk **** about people they have had no contact with whatsoever. You don't know me. Don't act like you do. End of story.

Icon, I stayed in your guild for three consecutive weeks and never got paid, never got charms, NEVER got compensation for my DONATIONS.
