aim low not working?

is it just me or doesnt the skills do whats in the description?
instead of stunning it just prevents the target from moving...so anyone know if this is some kinda error/bug/wrong discription/something/bug or just me being...wrong o.o?

    probably a description problem
    you must make sure that you are not in the range when you use it if you want to avoid being hit

    i mostly use it to stop barbs and BMs from running away/to meb:cool
    but still it would be nice with another stun skill -.-

    are there any barbs or bms that run away from 1 archer?

    i personally like to use phys attacks so they last longerb:chuckle

    What is the difference between freezing and stunning?
    I thought the whole point of Aim Low was just to keep them from moving.

    Stun they cant fight back, move, or use skills. Aim low just stops them from running or moving but they can still use skills and attack if your in range.
