Getting a wierd error pop up when i enter game

I get this wierd error sign wen i log into the game now (managed to play like 4 hrs after the update then this happened)

been trying to log back in etc but i just cannot get in...
can some1 tell me what happened or shall i just unistall and redownload the game b:shocked

    When you log into that character, press and hold the W key at the loading screen. When the game starts, your character should be running. Once you've gotten beyond the spot that the game crashed at, close it and restart and you should be able to play normally.
