Spirit Culti Aware of Discord Bugged?

I have completed the requirements (Killed Khewy and Gouf), spoke to the appropriate NPC's. Have the title of Aware of Discord, but unable to get the skills, it says Prerequisite Skill Level to Low, or something along those lines. Is this a bug? Does anyone have any ideas on how to fix this problem?

there are plenty of quest guides on this forum the answer is there , but if i remember rightly ,,, just go and die then check your quest log again b:pleased
