rank 2 equip?

Can anyone tell me where i can get rank 2 equip at? I checked in archosaur but no luck? And is it even worth getting? for lvl 60 archer? plz tell me.

    For Archer: yes if your a crazy archer who just cares about killing stuff faster and evasion...

    Bring 50k...

    And oh yea, what server your at? It's at "insert Ansem's server name Port". Be sure not to get owned by the level 80 elite mobs near it.

    Rank 2, 3 and 4 gear is at the NPC in Dreamweaver port.

    1000 rep and level 40 needed for Rank two for the ring and the actual armor you need to be level 60.
