Glitch and/or ****, need GM assistance

A guildmate of mine was pked while pink (i.e. "flagged," no hours) and dropped several equipped items. According to the front page, it is impossible to drop equipped items while only pink, and only one item can be dropped from your inventory (unequipped). Here is the basic list of the lost items:
-Blessing of Christmas (equipped)
-1% Crit Ring (equipped)
-Luminous stone(s) (inventory)
-Necklace (inventory)
-Gold item (inventory)
-Fashion (inventory)
In order for someone to drop these 2 equipped items and 4 inventory items, they would've had to have been red (or dark red), giving a 20% chance to drop 2 equipped items and a 30% chance to drop 3 inventory items.

Seeing as how my guildmate was pink (i.e. 20% chance to drop just 1 inventory item), would it be at all possible for him to get these items back? He was contemplating quitting the game over this, as he feels he has "spent too much for **** like this to happen."

    How are you connected to the internet?directly to the router

    Who is your ISP?Aliant

    Where in the world are you?New Brunswick, Canada

    Did you review the patching info in this thread: http://pwi-forum.perfectworld.com/sh...ad.php?t=87242 yes everything works ther

    What have you tried? my updating and stuff all works its when i try to log in it says "unable to connect" so i restarted my computer and re wired my connections so i dont know what to do

    What error messages did you get? "Unable To Connect To Server"

    What kind of results when you tried each thing?same message kept popping up when trying to log in
