inventory extencion stone bug

I tried to find it on forum but Im to tired after work I think...
Yesterday I bought for 9gp the best inventory extencion stone from butiqe, wanted to go to the banker, for finishing the quest but inventory master or menager(dont remamber now) just highlated just like she had new quest for me.
I talked to her to find up whats she wants, and... i couldnt find my stone, and the banker havent got finishing dialog for me.
I tried to trash and retake a quest, but I think something just freeze for me, and inventory master says still same thing.
So now Im without 9gp, without extended inventory, and without an answer from GM, I tried to contact them last night but only call I could put was "Im stuck"(apparentlly on those pickup line ) and beside... no ones answered for a long time(than I went to bed to get a few hours a sleep before work)
Can some one tell me what happened and how can I get this right?
