Kylins KoS...

So I have been informed that Kylin Has KoSed our faction of Divinity, our non land having lv 2 faction with 1 lv 6x (me) 4 or 5 lv 5x, a faction designed to help new players get on their feet before we send them off somewhere else.

WE have tried a negotiation which failed.

The reason i think is because of our relationship with Heavenly, i have heard people call us little heavenly before. This relationship is over, my agreement on sending players to heavenly was with shinigamii, who is no longer running heavenly. My main charachter whom was a marshal in heavenly has resigned and left heavenly. We have voted unanimously to make divinity a stand alone faction, and not send our members off (though members can leave without harsh feelings), i still want to be friendly with heavenly, i know many many of their members and consider them to be friends, But we can not take their KoS lists as our own

There is no reason for a dominant faction to KoS Divinity, if a member attacks any guild un-provked, a simple PM to me will solve that problem. We do not rpk in Divinity

    As of now the KoS has apparently ended. Thanks

    Cyrik pretty much summed it up. We've officially broken off from Heavenly. Interaction between our members is no different than between any two factions. If you KoS them... it's different than KoSing us. The majority of our members could never defend themselves from a faction like Kylin, and should have no need to.

    If anyone has any problems with Divinity, they can also PM me or Kastial.

    Its all good, this is a PK server and im not QQing im just trying to protect my faction, ill fight anyone, and Youll never hear me complain about being killed

    A little bit offtopic, but actually when i was in Godlike - likely a nonfactor guild too - ur people rpkd a few us. In return i was killing ur people for a several days, once even killed ur leader who didnt even answer my questions or anything.

    Until one day i killed ur marshal, some barb i dont remember, was maybe a director, with who i could sort the thing out.

    No problems since than, but the fact that u dont rpk doesnt works always

    We have strict rules against RPKing. We obviously can't micromanage everyone in the faction, but if you talk to us about it, we can sort it out, and they'll probably be kicked.
