Implement Mag. Req for LA?

Anyone think it would make sense to implement a magic requirement for light armor? It's often worn by mages and clerics as well, as of now its too easy for heavy armor wearers to have the option of both light and heavy armors, to handle phy / mag. def mobs, while magic using classes have to waste a lot of points in dex/str just to wear light armor.


I would suggest splitting half of either str or dex req into a magic req, this way it could be easier on the mages venos and clerics to be as flexible as barbs/BM's/archers are.

    That kinda sucks for archers (you know, the class that's meant to wear LA) lol.

    LA has high dex requirement for a reason, its not hard to make a LA mag build 3 mag 1 str 1 dex til you have 270, 94/94 with gear, then you can add whatever vit/mag you want from there >_>.

    adding a mag requirement is stupid. think about the archers

    I don't think so, that would allow the LA mages to become more stronger because they are aloud to put more magic in so more damage, if they want to
    have greater defense, they must sacrifice the damage, this would make it unfair...
