lvl 39 spirit cult quest

i just got the quest. and on the quest guide, it says i have to die..that is a bit hard for me as seeing that i have a hp charm equipped! wat to do?

    There's a boss near Heaven's Tear on the ground called Sword Tamer. He will one shot you easily so let him kill you giving your charm no chance to tick. If you don't want to risk loosing XP and items, just buy a guardian angel before you let sword tamer kill you.
