cannot level genie

I was going to post this in the main genie thread, but that seemed like it was for skills only, so hopefully someone can help me here. I have 3 genies and when I try to go to "EXP Infuse" & then click "Infuse with EXP" or "Infuse with Spirit" the boxes are disabled. The only one I can check is "Infuse with EXP Cubes" and I do not have any of those available. When I click Level UP it tells me to "Put in Genie EXP storage item". The genies are level 40, level 30, and level 1.

I have tried all the things I can thing of & I have bothered several of my guildies lol & we cannot figure out what is wrong. I do have enough experience and enough spirit available, about 2 million available of each approximately. The level 1 and the level 30 are in trade ready mode while the level 40 is in no-trade. I have tried clicking everything furiously and banging on the keyboard b:chuckle so don't bother suggesting that ^^ & This is not my main, so don't think its happening because I'm a level 2 EA. I think that's it & ty in advance for your replies.

    This is due to your genie being in TRADE READY state. In this state, you will only be able to infuse exp into your genie through the an EXP Cube. In the future there will be text noting this restriction in the Trade Status window. If you want to infuse your character EXP or Spirit to level it up, please change it back to NO-TRADE state.

    I do have one of my genies on No-Trade and was having the same problem, but I will make the other 2 No-Trade also & see if that works. Thank you :)

    What lvl is the character you have the genies on? You cannot lvl a genie higher than your character's lvl (much like a veno pet).
