If you have high crafting lvl, are you more likely to craft a 3*** for low lvl equipment than high lvl equipment? thanks. b:victory

    The odds of crafting a 3*** is VERY low, regardless of your crafting level.

    However, you have a greater chance (but still VERY low regardless).

    That doesn't exactly answer my question. I'm asking whether you have a relatively better chance of crafting 3*** if it is a lower lvl item (considering your crafting is high).

    I think the chance of getting a 3* is in the neighborhood of 3%, though they specifically mention character level with this value. That *may* be an indication that it goes up with level, but I haven't heard anyone support that (and it's likely just the level requirement to use the thing, nothing more). I believe most people don't think crafting level confers any benefit to making lower level things.

    I don't think 3*** are lvl based, most of the stuffs I manufactured are 2** 90% of the time. However I prefer 2** for easy reps when I donate to the Weapon/Armor collectors near General Summer.

    Looking at the basic info on pwdatabase, it seems to all flow like this, regardless of crafting skill level:

    50% chance to create a 1* item
    40% chance to create a 2** item
    10% chance to create a 3*** item

Categories
