patcher problems

well, have a big problem, when i start the game, it always say...unable to connect to the server, and the patcher web didn't works, i have the last patches, but i can't play...i just dunno what to do...someone can tell me what can i do with this?...i don't have a character...i can't enter into the game to start one....

It's possible that you need to forward port 29000 to your computer or check your firewall/antivirus settings.
