    Well I know the Secret Letter is used at either Dreamweaver or 1k Streams to summon a Legion raid.

    hmm but it's from cube of fate though... so it has to do with the cube... anyone??~

    No I think Ms Energize is quite correct, it may come from the Cube of fate.
    But more than likely it's as she said and when you right click it like you would
    a book you get a quest or some thing.

    Er, no, it is not a Secret Letter. It is a Cube of Fate secret letter. 1K and DWP has nothing to do with it.

    I think I read that it allows you to do cube a second time in the same day.

    There was a previous thread earlier and the Gm said to hang on to it it will be useful "later."

    sooo has anyone used the letter and gotten the "reward" from the npc in room 50 for using it? i want to use it but wondering if its worth it>.>

    The rewards are the same as doing a normal Cube of Fate run. You just get the privilege of getting it twice that day!

    I can do it three times xD but its not worth it, if i already hit all the chip rooms already hehe, I'll use it when I won the cube but missed the chip rooms xD. That way all the chip rooms are mine!! b:laugh

    yes the letters are stackable, i got 2 of them in my stash right now XD

    Cube of Fate Shrong
    Cube of Fate Shrong has now been added to Room 1 of the Cube of Fate. For those who have purchased the CoF Directorate Secret Letter, you can now turn in the letter to Shrong and complete the Cube of Fate one additional time during that day.

    Quick Guide:
    1. 1. Give the Cof Directorate Secret Letter to Shrong in Room 1.
    2. 2. Shrong will then give you a new Puzzle Cube.
    3. 3. With the appropriate Dice Ticket and Puzzle Cube, speak to the Teleport Master in Room 1.
    4. 4. Progress to room 50.
    5. 5. Speak to Trong in Room 50 to receive your reward and gain access to the Lottery Cube Rooms.
    6. 6. Progress to room 60.
    7. 7. Speak to the Cube of Fate CEO in Room 60 to receive your prize.

    cof secret letter lets you do the cube of fate more then once a day.... and if anyone wants one and is on lost city i have 3 for sale XD

    it allows you to complete cube multiple times during 1 day,

    you can exchange 1 token of best luck for 3 at any boutique agent.
