Help for new archer

Hi experts and seniors,

I am a wing elf class archer, seeking advise on pumping the stat when level up...

    Pure build 4 dex 1 str every level.

    All other builds are kind of fail... coming from someone who started 11 dex 3 str 1 vit every three levels, I really wish I hadn't allocated any pts to vit as much of my +dex gear also has +vit/+hp.

    It would be a good idea if you put 5 points into vit and the rest 4 in dex and 1 in strength. The extra vit is quite helpful you know

    What about putting 1 point into mag. every 2 lvls?

    haha back on topic::
    pure dex build is highly suggested 4dex 1 str each lvl, or basically your lvl +4 str(say you're lvl 40, you should be at 44 str) to wear the next armour grade for whatever the piece is. Having a few points of here and there vit or if you even dare mention *cough* magic is absolutely useless. Look for gear that has +hp/vit/dex bonuses on it, preferably both hp/vit and dex on to boost your survivability.

    for more info theres a stickied guide, and there also Devoted's quite informative rant explaining why pure dex is the best =)

    Archers are 'hard' at low levels, but it gets better once you're 60+

    Anyhow i didnt had any hard time with an archer :/ and im pure build.. oh well, maybe some people should play a barbarian instead of an archer

    Well duh, what do you think? it gives you more HP so you survive a little bit longer, and probably survive.

    The extra vit is tempting at lower lvls but it really does nothing when you get 60+. I have 3 vit and over 2.2k hp, which is plenty. I do get about 7 vit from my gear and a good 200 hp. The vit is much better used in dex. 1 vit = ~10 hp btw (not much).
