Recently i got 20 Hay (Fodder)
together, but when i want to
finish this quest it doesn't
show in the Quest Related by
Pet Skill Trainer Ling where i
supposed to give the Hay.
Here's the deal, how can i
finish this quest however i can't
give the Hay to Pet Skill Trainer
Ling?

    Each major city on the starting towns + archosaur have the pet trainer for the hay/fruit quests. if you click ont he quest then the green location of the trainer it should guide you right to the nearest one automatically

    the answer is on my
    question...
    I'm more asking of why
    can't i finish my quest
    in one of those.
    I already try it with the
    click on the quest before
    i did posted this.
    The only thing i want to
    know is why can i not
    finish the quest on the
    Quest Related by any
    of the pet trainers with
    the 20 Hay in my bag.

    This quest is specific to each trainer. If you have already accepted this quest, you need to go to the specific NPC that you got it from... If you got the quest from City of the Lost, you cannot go to the pet trainer in Arch to complete it.

    from mobs, try with rinodrakes outside west archosaur ^_^ or if you are lazy you can buy it from other players in cat-shops or at auctioner
