Losing when you haven't held a land, or losing when you hold a land a week is different. I've seen both in my time in Ultra. We lost a few here and there. They didn't expect to TW all the time. When you hold a land for awhile, it changes. You think if Radiance lost all their lands right now they would still have a faction?[SIGPIC][/SIGPIC]

all depends on the quality of people you recruit. ALOT just try to gobble up high levels and dont really care why they want to join their guild just so they have the fire power. Especially once they have gotten a land because they are too scared to lose it.
Then yes once the lands are gone those people move on to the next big thing.
However when you build from the bottom up and just dont take in as many glory seeking high levels as possible your guild also tends to stay together through wins and loses. mainly cause your guild is built on a different principle.
There will always be the occasionaly player who just cant stand to lose, but as for a mass exodus if the guild has built themselves up right, it usually wont happen.[SIGPIC][/SIGPIC]

no Cat was not talking about ****y Ultra, she was talking about us. get over urself. and sad that u dont flame in game but on fourms u have no problem posting what ur too scared to say on pwi. First off, I have no access to faction money. That herc was my birthday present to myself.
Second off, Im a smart leader, I dont rush headstrong into a TW... anymore.
Third, that "member" you are speaking of bashed his own faction mates in WC, and we dont usually allow our members to trash each other. And he left of his own free will.
No one was QQing. Simply having a discussion. Do you know what QQing means? Because it seems every comment I make involves "QQing" to you.
