So.....any chance we will see some of the cooler looking Wings for your clerics/archers anytime soon? I know the untamed have been blessed with a few of late, and would like to know if I could shed my old wings Ive had for ohhhhhhhhhh......4 months? and maybe, break in a new set that wont make me look like a mutated fairy?

Lets post a few, for those that havent seen them.

    I want wings of the seraph (at least that's what they're called at ecatomb) so bad. They're gorgeous.

    those are indeed wings of the breed of angels called seraphim. in christian/jewish tradition, theyre a 6 winged angel who use 4 wings to cover their uper and lower body, and 2 to fly as they eternally worship Yaweh, the one we know as God to the general public :P.

    I'd like the plume god wings (level req 90). Now that you can no longer see the 89 fairies I want a way to stand out from all the newbs :)

    If I remember correctly one set was used to cover there eyes, and another to cover there feet. The reason they cover there eyes is because to look upon God would make them blind or some BS. The feet some speculate actually means private parts, but who knows when it comes to this sorta bologna.

    actually, Asterelle, I agree with you on that one.

    Ever since the huge, mutated genies came out, the demon/sage fairies are almost impossible to notice, unless you intentionally look for them.

    It would be nice for those who have earned the higher ranks through devoted play, to stand out in the crowd. The same goes for all classes, actually.

    why would you need some kind of "stand out" feature for gaining levels? this is a game not a popularity contest lol. dont see whats up peoples grill that they have to have some kind of recognition attatched to their name or they get seriously butthurt.

    so what if i wont see my sage fairy, ill still be able to show my skil when i play with people :P

    Because its an achievement. Its something for everyone else to look forward to.

    I respect your opinion, TV, but I think perhaps you mistook what the intention behind the comment meant.

    Im sure if you submitted a ticket, eventually you may get a response to having your spiritual cultivation fairy removed from your character upon level 89. =)

    Ive said this before but the game puts alot of emphasis on visuals. Looks at all the sliders and **** you can use to customize your character's appearance. Look at all the different types of clothes you can buy in the boutique and the different ways you can customize those clothes. We aren't playing a MUD here, this game has a rich visual presentation. I care how my character looks and I care about what others think when they see her. Call me a peacock all you want but I want to show off and strut.

    I currently have the Daedalus Wings, but man....the metal shard ones would just be amazing to look at.....I would fly into world bosses constantly for the first few weeks from staring at them. b:chuckle

    The Seraph wings are pretty amazing wings. Judging on the picture, I think they would look best on a female, but perhaps Id have to see them on a male to make a final personal judgment.

    I have set of those to Daedalus but I ugraded some what.The metal one are exaclty like watcher of the skies and yes wings of serah do look nice or hullcintory mist(sp).

    Nice vid on devopement of the elves.
