problem to connect the server

After updating the game 1 week ago, I was unable to connect the server.

I have reinstalled the all game and patches but the alert box still telling me:
"Unable to connect".

Is this a game problem or are you able to give me a solution to play again.

I really love this game since 2 years and a half and am really disapointed not to be able to.

Hoping a fast answer, help me please.

    i have that same problem i had to erase my pw and when i came back to download it it would not connect to server and wouldnt upgrade!?

    Hello,

    If you're running any antivirus/firewall software in the background, please recheck their permissions and make sure they're not blocking PWI's connection.

    Our updates often make changes to the game files, which is sometimes considered malware activity by some software.
