What does your guild consit of?

What does your guild consist of in terms of classes.The guild I am in is mostly made up of Venos.We rarely play together and see if anyone needs help.Who is the leader class mine is Veno.

I am at the point in the game where I might have to switch to more balanced guild.What is the most in your guild?
Looking for a decent casual understanding Faction.

    The leader of my Faction is a Blademaster and, due to the fact he plays his class well, a lot of other people in the Faction have rolled their own BMs due to his influence and inspiration of what can actually be achieved with the class.

    As a Faction, we squad together a lot and there’s always multiple teams formed all over the PWI world at any one point. The problem we sometimes face is that our Faction only has 4 full-time (read: main character) Clerics helping to service a Faction of just over 80 members. The good part of this is that we Clerics are kept extremely busy helping out with FBs and Bosses whenever we’re online. We’re given decent drops and our teleport costs are nearly always covered for us. I haven’t had to grind yet and in fact my quest log is pretty much full. Also, with the number of BMs we currently have, I’m not going to have a problem finding an AoE partner to level with at later levels.

    If I could request any more of a given profession, I’d probably ask for a few more Clerics and LOTS more Wizards to come join us!

    We have a pretty even amount of everything except Barbarians and Archers. We are short of Cleric mains, but I think most factions that aren't TW oriented are :)

    Given how popular the Venomancer class is, the majority of openly recruiting factions will always have a higher ratio of Venos than any other class. Not to say that's a good or bad thing though. As venos can contribute fine to squads, but yeah if you're a non-discriminate guild, expect more venos than anything. :)

    But yes, our guild Tenacious is well distributed. We've got enough of each class to not be flooded by any one class. I think it's most important to have a high level class of each character in the guild, that way you can past down invaluable knowledge to the lower levels. :)

    And erm *cough* Tenacious' leader is a Wizard, and we all encourage squading, playing the game with other squad members means you're actually part of something, it can be a TT run, squad grind, FB, or just general questing fun. ;)

    A guild that doesn't play together.. doesn't stick together. ;)
