    I don't think you can but if I am wrong you can just buy one from a persons cat.

    bring three mirage stones to watcher of earth to choose your genie. You cannot swap the genie for a new one....decomp yours or set to trade status and wait one week for trade

    I have 3 genies, blue, gold, and pink, you can change them out by dragging them to you inv. slots, so yes you can change them out
