Anyone know what days customer support works?

Was in a convo with them and they suddenly stopped responding since yesterday. For me yesterday was friday, I'd think they would work. Or are they based in china? Anyone know what day yesterday was in China? lol

    Are you sure ?

    The tech support folk "might" have weekends off but the customer support should be available at weekends too or at least it's been the case in every other game I've played

    24/7 every day of the year. Customer Service is always there though other departments such as Tech support are not.
