Go to ur UserCP
Select Edit Signature
Insert it in the manner of your choosing.

Make sure u have it enabled to show with each post.

I'm a little confused about this as well.. I uploaded my image, but I dont see an option to include it in my sig either on the control panel page or while making new posts..

You can't host it here you must have it hosted on some image hosting company like imageshack.Then you insert the link where it says edit signature.

Under UserCP select Edit Signature. From there you either use the link of an image from an image hosting site or upload it directly from your computer. Yes, Perfect World can host your image, or at least I hope because mine is hosted here. xD Make sure your image is no bigger than 500 x 100 pixels or 195.3 KB or else it won't show up.

Once it shows your picture you can click Insert Signature Picture which will throw in the code for images in the text box. Then right click the image and choose Copy Image Location. Paste it between the SIGPIC brackets.

Click Save Signature at the bottom and then your signature should show up in the forums. ^.^
