for one thing if a mod/admin/gm has no clue what you want they have more important things to do than deal with you, there is a ticket process, USE it i have, i lose a pet egg, and my primary charater stopped showing up, they fixed it very fast, BECOUSE i used the ticket process

Of course a GM's word is to be trusted. They are the official representatives of the company. That's why when they talk about anything that hasn't been 100% decided they do so in such vague terms it's infuriating. Once they say it's true, they either have to be held to it or suffer an embarassment.

Oh yeah, they also aren't going to say "no" to this.

It IS a stupid post because you have not clearly stated a complaint. We can guess that you think that maybe a GM is telling you a lie, but unless you say just that with some evidence to back it up you're doing nothing but adding yet another useless thread to an already crowded forum.
