Genies getting replaces or getting taken out soon?

Will genies get taken out or at least replaced with something better in next expansion? They ruin end game, fairy was what rewarded you for reaching 89, 99, and 100. It set you apart from lvl 1s - 88s. Yes at 89 you'll still get better skills but it'll be just like upgrading skills from 8 to 9.
Genies should be replaced with a better sign, like a cape or something. Even if it's lame, as long as it's not a fairy kinda thing.
There's nothing to look forward to at end game now. You get stronger, that's true, but what is really gonna make you different from a -88? A lvl 70 is stronger than a lvl 50. Now being sage/demon will just be like being higher than a non-sage/demon.
I'm going to start looking for a game that has something for end-game in case genies don't get taken out or replaced.
P.S. Don't think this archer is my highest character.

the devs are to lazy to take out something they put in, it takes them a couple years to get off there lazy chairs and stop watching that rerun of family guy they seem to love so much, this game will always be far from perfect for 1 good reason...
its a f2p game, they will always make things good with anoying faults which the majority of the time needs money.
(simply pking on this game needs dolls, or ur fked without it.0 -

You lost the animation of a lv 89 fairy because it keep sparkling and switching with your genie... It's the end of the your Perfect World MMO Experience.
Such a grave error! I see so much reasons that the GMs will have to implement a patch ASAP to delete all the genies from the entire game and having over 9999999 people QQing about how they wasted so much EXP/Spirit/Gold/Money/Life/Energy/Essence/More Life.... on those genies.
Of course the GMs will do it just for you, the only one person who is pissed about the animation of your fairy for Sage/Demon being not unique.
I mean..... it totally affects your entire reputation and status in Perfect World if you are no longer the only person being special. I know you keep telling yourself that I'm special in another way, maybe you are. But you know that you are 100% special in Perfect World because your a Sage/Demon and you have a special fairy and no one else can have that.
I'm with you man... 100% all the way. I hope the GMs notice their grave error and correct it for you man!!!

I'm really glad they put the genies in. They're great for those of us who are really busy with real life and don't have a lot of time to play if we get to at all. It's really hard for someone busy with real life to make it to level 89 so I'm personally glad that they put in the genies so I can have something small and nifty to fly around and assist me in tiny ways. I'm still going to get better skills when I hit 89 so I'm not complaining at all.0

genies save my butt from mobs spawning on me... tree of protection is sooo good.
I don't see what the problem of genies, it adds VARIETY to the game. It just needs a few things to be ironed out and we got ourselves a good new system.
They can't be OP if EVERYONE gets one. Just build your genie right.
Also, genie's look difference at level 100 ;P and 89Navarre was your everyday veno, until she learned her true form. Now she's fox walloping and purging over and over again.. all for a deep stinging, head hunting, wind pushing Assassin. Will there be inner harmony and myriad rainbows? But of course! i don't play 24/7 so it'll take a while to reach 89
and i didn't say i'm quitting as a threat, i know a lot of ppl join every day, i just said that cuz if the only thing you get at end game besides wep armor and skills is now bugged0 -

people stop complaining about the geenies, unless you have tried EVERY skill and EVERY build for them then you shoudlnt even TRY to decide how good or how bad they are it hasnt even been a week yet, how incredably immature....

I'm seeing alot of:
relentless courage - great DPS buff <- great for like attacking two mobs and want to finish one before the other one gets to you.
Tree of Protection - great survival move <- great for to use when getting low. Restores 50% of your HP.
Extreme Poison - Amplifies damage <- more damage is more damage.
(I didn't come up with this) But i personally use the first two skills (and picked them on my own too lol, figured they were so good xD)
I'm looking for a 3rd skill, but if i don't see any i like, gonna go with extreme poison :P
For stats, STR is pretty much useless as you should do plenty of damage yourself. I myself am using dex for better skill usage. Magic will allow more skills ;o so if there are 4 skills or more you want, you'd want magic. OH BOOHOO, YOU CANT SEE YOUR STUPID DEMON/SAGE FAIRY.
That doesnt make you any weaker than the guy next to you idiot, in fact it gives you an edge in PK, you can surprise your opponent who will most likely not be able to distinguish you as powerful now.
YOU DONT NEED A VISUAL ICON TO BE RECOGNIZED AS A HIGH LEVEL OR STRONG WHINER, no one cares if youre leaving, you obviously have vanity issues. Fairy for 89+ doesnt need to be there to make anything better or worse as all it is is decoration.0 -

I'm shocked he didn't already quit when the lvl. 20 Flying Sword came out. DUDE STFU a little FAIRY that flies around u is awesome and all BUT they dont attack things. Now Granted Im still learning to USE the genies and havent figured out how to attack with it yet. but atleast Im not gonna whine and cry when I get to lvl 89 with this here character. Imma be PROUD I got something that can HELP me in a battle when im in need!!!
Now if yer NOT gonna play the game because they pretty much ADDED a pet that EVERYONE can use to help them fight then GOOD we dont want whiny bleeps like you palying the game. go away or just STFU and get on with playing the game and quit yer crying and whining.

I got to 89, got my sage fairy. They added the genies, that white on looks like an upgraded sage fairy. Do I care? Nope. Now its harder to tell the levels of players, which makes things more interesting in PVP. Is that genie hiding a sage/demon fairy? Attack them and find out....Main characters

The genies are a good thing (forget the pixels flying, they are just more skills).
I think the game needed more skills and also solved the issue of what to do with so many spirits that people get at higher levels.
You can have as many genies as you want for different purposes and you can trade them too.

Not too hard to get to 89 at all as long as you do crazy stone every day from 30 onward (and do the world quest as often as you can when you get to 70). Getting to 89 is inevitable as long as you make the effort to log in each day for that crazy stone quest. May take you a year or two, but that is not that long when you are hardly playing a game anyway.
As for the original poster, the faerie flying around you was hardly the greatest part of being level 89. I for one am glad that everyone has them now so it will not be so obvious how high in level I am when I get there (about 10 levels to go). Sometimes it is nice to be inconspicuous.0 -
I wish there was a way to hide the genie/fairy while maintaining their effects/skills. I don't want that glowy pest buzzing around my tiger. b:chuckle

Since genies are meant to overcome a players weaknesses,, you quitting only admits that you failed to create a character with no weakness, or at least any weakness you choose to overcome.
Quitting over genies means you failed to create a character that could accomodate all aspects of the game,, This in sense, means you failed at MMORPG. Feel free to rage quit over a condition you had already not planned for.. The genies only make your own weakness for front in any pvp situation. As is everyone elses.
I spent the day pkn without tree of protection,, just so I know the diff tomorrow when I have it.. I think it'll be keen.. Charms, herb pots, HP pots, and genie ftw thats a kitty on cat nipb:victory

they do attack things, mine has a skill that does 500ish fire dmg, granted thats not ALOT but thats that one skill there are more, plus it has a nice debuff.
idk about the other skilsl but the ones i have that buff/debuff stack with similer skills your character has
for example the attack speed boost in inflictions base skill stacks with the attack speed buff from my skill that grants it ( forgot the name )
same gos for the attack speed/channeling speed debuff, stacks with my attack speed debuffs.[SIGPIC][/SIGPIC]

What a baby. Also, look at the skill upgrades at 89+ for demon/Sage.. You can't even compare a lot of them with any other skill upgrades.. What level is your alt.. 30? That's higher than 22..0 -
