Should be in .jpg format or something Smaller then .bmp!! 2.5 megs each is... kinda huge? And they get kinda smudged when we convert them to a smaller format ourselves.. :(
Slavish devotion to rules is a sign one needs to get Laid! :P

    You can convert to .png format.

    This is a lossless compression, meaning there is absolutely no loss in quality and information. The .png format is a little bigger than .jpg format, but still much smaller than .bmp format.

    Windows Paint can convert from .bmp to .png format.

    It can also convert to .jpg still is a pain to convert 100+ screens b:surrender
