Losing equipment in PvP?

I know you can have some items bound. But how much can you lose at once? Can they loot only one item? Or All your unbound stuff?

I'm low level so I don't really know. Is it a huge penalty? Does it really suck?

If you PvP on a pve or pvp server is it the same (can lose equip on both?) Do you lose equipment in territory wars?

    The redder your name is, the higher chance that you will lose more stuff. They can loot everything that drops.

    What do you mean by penalty? And yea it does suck if you lose stuff, but that's what GAs are for.

    Yes to the servers, no to Territory Wars.

    *Guardian Angel, they prevent items from dropping/losing EXP when you die.

    This page has the chart on what you can lose, based on your name color, and whether you are killed by a monster or another player:

    Note that if you have a Red name and a player kills you, you can drop multiple items.

    I don't know if you can drop an Inventory *and* an Equipped item at the same time, though.
