New Catshop Slots?

I've noticed several more slots in catshops since the update, but they seem to be unaccessible. Is there a quest or boutique item that unlocks these extra slots?

    Theres an item called a cupboard, but I believe its not in the game yet.
    I expect it will be cash shop, and you take it to the boutique agent to activate it.

    It's for a "Material Safe," which we can presume will be extra bank storage to hold crafting materials. It also mentions a "Clothes Safe" for storing clothes.

    As for the expanded Cat Shop slots, that remains to be seen...
